How do I sign up?

1.     Click Sign Up from the homepage.  

2.     Enter the name of your school or office. The name should appear after entering the first

        few letters.

3.     Select your school or company.

4.     Directly below, select Staff or Student.

5.     Directly below, click Submit.

6.     Complete the form on the next page. If you choose to upload a profile picture, that is the

        picture that will appear with a testimonial should you choose to leave one.

7.     An activation email will be sent. Open the email and click to activate.

8.     You will be brought back to the homepage to log in.


How do I place an order?

  1. First you must create a profile. Log in and you will be brought directly to the current meal calendar page. Click on the orange plus sign for dates to view that day’s menu.
  2. Past dates will be greyed out.
  3. To view the next month, you can advance the calendar located on the left.
  4. Once all of your meals are in your cart, click Check Out, located on the left, below the full month calendar, and also near the top of the page.
  5. Review your order, make any necessary changes, or Place Order towards the bottom, right.

What happens if I need to cancel an order?

If you are able to cancel 24 hours in advance, the cost of the meal will be credited to your wallet. If you aren’t able to cancel within 24 hours, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you may reassign your meal to a staff member



How do I cancel an order?

Go to your meal calendar, click Edit Order, and remove it. The cost of the meal will be credited back to your wallet. 


When do I need to place orders by?

Orders need to be placed 48 hours in advance of the delivery date.


How do I pay?

You can pay using your credit card and you can also fund your wallet. If you fund your wallet, orders will be debited from your wallet balance.


When are meals delivered?

Meals are delivered at the designated lunch time, as communicated by your school or office administrator.
